FOR ORGANIZATIONS

Empowering parents strengthens families, classrooms, and workplaces alike.

I collaborate with organizations that value family well-being — from schools to companies — to help parents navigate the everyday challenges of raising children. My parent circles and workshops offer evidence-based strategies, real-life perspective, and a sense of community that strengthens both families and the organizations that support them.

Parent Circles

Parent circles are 60-minute group sessions that begin with a discussion based on topics that come up naturally within the group, followed by personalized, evidence-based strategies and guided tips for parents to use at home. Topics can include picky eating, sibling dynamics, potty training, power struggles, transitions, tantrums, new siblings, anxiety, and big life changes.

Typically, I run multiple consecutive 60-minute parent circles over the course of a half-day or full-day. Circles are broken up by the age group of the parents’ children (ie: ages 0-2, 3-5, 6-10).

Workshops

Parent Workshops are 60- to 90-minute interactive, evidence-based workshops for parent communities and organizations. Depending on the needs of your community, the workshop topic is picked in advance. Topics can include challenges such as picky eating, sibling dynamics, potty training, power struggles, transitions, tantrums, creating independence in children, and anxiety.

Workshops are interactive lectures that are engaging, practical, and always end with a Q&A to address participants’ specific questions and concerns.
